  My goal as an HR Assistant is to find multilingual, well-trained professionals and promising fresh-graduates from the field of assistance, costumer service, IT-help desk and translation, who we can connect to our multinational partners. My tasks included preparing and posting job advertisements to appropriate job boards and social media, sourcing and screening candidates' resumes and job applications from different job-boards, job fairs and our own database, pre-screening potential candidates and testing their English language skills via phone, arranging interviews with my consultants (face to face, video) and keeping in touch with the candidates. I was also responsible for the administration of the whole process.
