Crystal Nichols is one of the most intelligent and effective marketing professionals I have had the pleasure of working alongside. Her diligence in generating creative sales strategies, goes above and beyond all expectations. Her personal natural, calm demeanor, and level headedness were critical to our success; despite the fact that she was being pulled in many directions at once. Her business focus and technical knowledge provide a superb complement to her prowess as a marketing manager, and it grants her insight for leveraging resources efficiently. Any company would be privileged to have such an esteemed member on their marketing team. I highly recommend Crystal and gladly will serve as a personal and professional reference.

Crystal joined Cirrity at a time when I was overwhelmed with leading both our sales and marketing activities. She quickly took control of our marketing activities including our website, social media, events, and partner engagement. We were using a through-partner marketing platform to provide our channel partners with pre-packaged multi-channel marketing campaigns and a repository of marketing assets. Crystal devoted her time to learning how to use the platform, organized the content in the platform, and oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns with several partners. When the business decided to move away from that platform, Crystal pivoted to create a new partner portal using Box as a foundation. In reviewing our digital presence, Crystal quickly assessed that we needed to move away from WordPress and HootSuite to a more integrated solution. Crystal led the effort to evaluate and select HubSpot. She managed the implementation of HubSpot, our website refresh, the introduction of lead scoring and marketing automation into our demand generation process, and more consistent social media communications. To ensure a steady and varied flow of content, she established a rhythm of proposing topics for our three key audiences (executive, sales and technical) within the partner community and our key audience (executives) within the end user community and engaging members of the sales and marketing team to write blogs that she would edit and post. This tactic drove up our website visits. Crystal oversaw the development of our webinar series. We conducted monthly webinars for our partners that focused on providing them tips and insights to help them to be more successful in selling cloud services. Our end user webinars were geared toward educating them and offering them incentives to try out our services. Crystal was a hard worker who loved coming up with new ideas to help drive up awareness of Cirrity within the marketplace. Our challenge was that our business model was 100% channel which limited the amount of end user marketing that we performed. Consequently, Crystal spent much of her time creating marketing assets that enabled our partners to effectively communicate our message and to create demand for themselves. She developed a well-defined Go-To-Market process to quickly bring partners up the learning curve with Cirrity. I was fortunate to have Crystal on my team and would definitely hire her again. She is a valuable asset to a marketing organization.
