Crystal is a rare talent and spirit capable of taking any type of system, problem, or objective and deconstructing its fundamental parts and reforming it into something greater than it was at the beginning. Although she can do this easily in her head with very little or no paper, she is extremely process driven and will have detailed process maps, summaries, and paths laid out so that stakeholders can follow in the present and the future. Her communication style draws people in and makes them feel comfortable with her leadership, even when there's a difficult message to communicate. I've been fortunate to work with Crystal over many years on various types of projects in supply chain and operations and observe and benefit from her phenomenal mind, leadership approach, and communication approach. Any company or project she joins is immediately better and transformed.
