Occupancy was at 27.7% when started the position and was able to increase to 100% Increased Best audit score from 85% to 94.19% Staff retention at 15.4% when started. Increased it to 57% Agency staff was completely eliminated and overtime YTD down to 1.7% Increased Community involvement and awareness of our services.
