Security Program Management protects classified materials, in Building 676 and its projected on- or off-base expansion facilities, in the Emergency Relocation Site or in dispersed operations within the Dayton metropolitan area. Document and implement security management and vault operation processes which allow for swiftly and efficiently transitioning from the Normal Operations (Steady State) posture to the emergency plan execution state, reengaging on the various tasks and then returning safely and securely to Normal Operations (Steady State) upon direction from the government. Provide the services described in this task in a manner consistent with Department of Defense, Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Research Laboratory and Wright-Patterson AFB directives while also introducing innovations to improve efficiencies. Provide a full time equivalent with a Top Secret Security clearance to assist the security manager in both security management and classified operations support of the AFRL DSRC which is an integral part of the DOD High Performance Computer Modernization Program (HPCMP). Support the HPCMP by supporting its own inherent security management and classified operations support mission requirements for AFRL/RCM, the HPC resource users and AFRL/RCM’s facilities. The AFRL/RCM facilities are defined as the AFRL DOD Shared Resource Center’s (AFRL DSRC), Building 676 which includes office space, an operational data center, the Classified Processing Facility (CPF), the Secret Processing Facility (SPF) and the new Information Technology Center opening in April 2012. The CPF, as the classified arm of the AFRL DSRC, provides the environment and resources to address these classified requirements while the SPF provides a similar capability at the collateral secret security level.
