We have complete capabilities in-house including R&D, Brass Material Smelting, Casting Tool and Sand Core Tool Design and Fabrication, IMR Gravity Casting, IMR LPPM, Hot Forging, Zinc Die Casting, Brother CNC Machining, Tube and Brazing, Dust-Free Polishing, Automatic Chrome Plating, PVD and Conveyor Assembly. We apply international standard and enhanced quality control from raw material incoming inspection throughout 100% final inspection with a complete set of sophisticated inspection equipment including SpectroMax, Coordinate Measuring Machine, Flow Rate Tester, Life Cycle Tester and Salt Spray Tester, etc. Italisa products are certified with CE for Europe, WRAS for UK, NSF and AB1953 for North America and Watermark for Australia. We have a strategic manufacturing location in Vietnam to pioneer with our partners for their supplier chain risk mitigation from the concentration on China!
