I came to know Crystal during our search of a training provider for a joint Leadership program for bio pharma industry in Singapore. She designed a program that met exactly all of our requirements (such as improving resilience and dealing with ambiguity). It was successfully launched and has been running twice a year for last 3 years. Nearly 600 people from bio pharma have benefited from this program. Crystal is very creative, agile, visionary, both strategic and tactical. She is very approachable and humble. She is super passionate about imparting deep human skills to the trainees and future proofing them. It has been my pleasure to work with her on the Zodiac program and to continuously learn from her.
