Crystal was an inspiration to work with while doing research and lab work at the NYS University at Albany, finishing our graduate work. While performing in field labs, Crystal was always reliable, easy to accomplish the goals set out for the course work which at times where tedious and cumbersome. Crystal excelled in her GIS skills and GPS labs which was a huge success for the team effort.

Responsible for Quality Assurance/Quality Control during the build phase of the SAM (Street Address Mapping) project. Contracted by NYS DHSES. I QA/QC'd the address points for every county before they were made available in the statewide address point geodatabase at the NYS GIS Clearinghouse. I used ArcGIS for the QA/QC process, conducted address point and building research, backup and recovery, and manipulated and analyzed large files in MS Excel. Here is a link to the SAM project. http://gis.ny.gov/streets/maintenance.cfm
