  I report directly to the Production Plant Manager. I am the Assembly Wiring Department Team leader. I have been in this role for over 17 years. I also oversee the Remote Panel Assembly and assist with this process as needed. In my team leader roll I track the incoming and outgoing of jobs/chassis assembly through my department. I track shortages and report them daily to my supervisor. I delegate work, assist in problem solving, monitor the inventory of the necessary parts we use in our department daily for the set up and wiring of the panel chassis using a electrical diagram/schematic drawing.
