  I am the point of contact for two major clients, whose projects are mainly TI/remodel work under OSHPD. I generate the proposal, stating the scope of work and project cost. I provide the structural design and coordination with the other disciplines. I am also involved in construction administration, responding to RFIs and performing structural observations. To finalize our structural responsibilities in the project, I provide the final structural report (when needed). Throughout all this, I am in constant contact with the client for coordination and status of the project. Not only do I do a considerable amount of TI/remodel projects under OSHPD, I also work on new and TI/remodel projects in commercial and residential design. Many of these projects have have been wood buildings and masonry buildings. In these projects, I am responsible for the structural design and any construction administration. I have also had experience in seismic evaluation of an existing building. In projects like these, I would visit the site, review any as-builts (when available), generate a structural report that states the limits of the current design, and provide fixes when requested by the client.
