Over the last 14 years, I have known and worked closely with Crystal Gockley-Culver in various capacities. During that time, I have either managed Crystal directly or indirectly, or she provided direct Sales support to my organization. This has afforded me the opportunity to see her grow and evolve through various operations, team lead, and Account Sales roles. Besides seeing Crystal take on and master various roles of increasing responsibility, what I have been most impressed with is her strong work ethic, and ability to adapt. She has managed to rise to the occasion of almost any organizational change or challenge, including numerous mergers and acquisitions. Thru all of this, she has never let any organizational boundaries or change in alignment impede her success. Crystal has always been a top performer regardless of what role she has taken on. Proving to be highly adaptable, she is a quick learner who not only comes up to speed on any new role or change, but often steps up as the change leader for her peers. In her operations functional roles, Crystal has demonstrated adept skill in understanding and solving complex administration and finance problems. I always appreciated that her direct customer and partner skills in dealing with such issues minimized the need for Management escalations, and always lead to a speedy resolution. She also gained deep product mastery skills, and learned the very complex and diverse portfolio of our security products and go-to-market stragegies. Gaining these skills has served her well later in her Sales Account manager roles. In her most recent Sales roles, Crystal consistently demonstrated advanced customer relationship development and account management skills. By understanding her customers needs and being responsive to them, Crystal has developed strong long term relationships with her customers and partners. This has lead to her having great success in her role. In summary, my experience with Crystal is that she is a hard worker, good relationship builder, and flexible and adaptable and dependable employee, regardless of what role she is serving in.
