Manager of the loan documentation area. Commercial and Residential/Consumer Prepare commercial loan documents assuring proper procedures are followed and loans are sufficiently collateralized. Administrator to the Laser Pro loan program. Prepare Letters of Credit and Letters of Assurance; maintain a monthly Letter of Credit report, as well as monthly invoicing of annual Letter of Credit Fees. Run credit reports, property reports, UCC search, legal entity name search through the state, and business credit reports assuring loans are accurately set-up and thoroughly collateralized. Liaison between Broker and Lender, Attorney and Lender, Appraiser and Lender, Dealer and Lender as well as the customer. Prepare reports, loan disclosures, in timely and efficient manner. Clearly communicate loan documents to customers at closing, providing answers to questions. Provide a high level of customer service both in person and on incoming telephone calls. Continually developing new forms. Provide services and continual training to co-workers to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
