As a Behavioral Therapist, I incorporate Applied Behavioral Analysis Strategies in my clients in-home or school therapy sessions. By integrating and educating parents about ABA strategies, they can incorporate them into their daily lives. Alongside my supervisors, we create and analyze behavioral plans, and how they diminish or increase maladaptive behaviors. By taking data and writing my daily SOAP notes, I can oversee whether our behavioral plans are improving our clients lives. The Inland Empire Immigrant Youth Collective is a grass-roots non-profit organization that was built by undocumented youth. They focus on DACA renewals, Dream Act renewals, Know-your rights workshops, and creating events for the undocumented youth. Interning at the IEIYC I have been able to understand how non-profits come together to push for a cause. I have been able to advance my skills in google docs, and sheets. I gained 4+ years of experience as a sales associate during my time at Camille La Vie. I was eager to learn about each department, such as our bridal and social department, and how to manage the register area and how to process shipments. As a sales associate, I was able to improve my customer service skills and improve my communication skills. This position also trained me in how to work independently and as a team. • Frida Khalo Art Show
      • Jul 2019 - Jul 2019

I had the privilege to participate in the "Inland Mujeres," Frida Khalo Art Show ! This experience was unforgettable and nurturing. My artwork was displayed amongst many amazing women-artists. This was the first experience I have had participating in an art show. Even though I had the liberty of creating my own piece, I had a deadline, and had to make sure my artwork was ready for the show. I met many inspiring women, that follow their creative hearts.
