Assisted in seawater sample collection for bacterial abundance, chlorophyll a, nutrients, DNA filtration, and various gasses around a CTD rosette. Carefully logged samples into organized data sheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox. Prepared various reagents needed for DNA extractions. Organized and stored samples in -80°C freezer.
