  Area of Responsibility - The Site Representative (SR) is responsible for overseeing all construction related activities, including new construction, retrofits, additions, repairs, testing, inspections, and retirements. Coordinate, direct, and maintain contacts with contractors, vendors, and customers. Strive to identify engineering and operational deficiencies with the goal to recommend improvements. Have working knowledge of corporation’s construction standards and be able to enforce those standards in the construction environment. Have a working knowledge of clients’ departmental policies and objectives, including any applicable governmental and regulatory requirements. Facilitate the preparation of schedules, records, and work status with the ability to evaluate work progress for payment purposes. Provide recommendations to improve performance and cost effectiveness. Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
