  During my first few months with ALDOT, I was placed on bridge inspection duties for the I20-59 bridge replacement in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. On a daily basis, I inspected bridge segments in accordance with design plans and specifications. I completed daily item quantities and daily writing reports. Once the project was completed, I began working with the roadway design team. During this time, I recreated past projects throughout Alabama in MicroStation and InRoads.
