I had the pleasure of working with Croom on a couple of projects for very different clients. Croom is a very astute strategist. One of those rare individuals who really "gets it;" which says a lot in today's fast-evolving market. Between the development of sound recommendations for engagement strategies and the tech needed to support, Croom consistently demonstrated his expertise, but always led with humility.
