I met Mike as a candidate who I was trying to place in work. In my more then 12 months of knowing him he showed himself to be reliable, honest and hardworking - so I hired him myself for a short term contract. His comprehensive understanding of recruitment, especially candidate relationship management meant I could leave him with a multitude of tasks and know they were in capable hands and I didn’t need to follow up or provide detailed instructions.
