Cary Ong, P.Eng

In my time at QuestAir, I was fortunate enough to be in Chris' team, working on the OxyBooster prototype that had the potential to change the game in alternative energy. Chris was an excellent manager, able to motivate and bring the best out of all members of his team. Long nights spent finishing drawings or assembling and testing the latest prototype was time well spent because we knew that Chris' meticulous planning and engineering know-how would virtually guarantee a successful outcome. I can say that Chris was an excellent mentor, especially to junior engineers like myself. By his example, I began to know the skills I would need to acquire in order to be successful in my own professional career. In short, Chris was one of the best managers I have had the pleasure to work for.
