May 2004 - Feb 2007
Project Manager for multiple projects throughout the U.S. (and some in Middle East). As Program Manager, was responsible for the Facilities Repair and Renewal Program (FRR) at the Huntsville Center Corps of Engineers. +/- $100M annually in obligations. Developed processes and procedures (to include ISO documents) for more effecient operation. Involved with Lean process improvements as well. Worked to bring in new buisiness and keep costs low (direct reimbursable work). - I know sounds strange for the government, but my program was totally funded by the work we brought in... if customers leave... so does the money for salaries!
