Cristy joined my Data Science team while at Vinli and instantly made an impact. We hired Cristy for the clear analytical talent she brings but it was her ability to lead and communicate across teams as well as her passion to learn new skills which impressed us the most. Whether is was learning a new programming language, pitching our product to a customer, mentoring interns or researching the latest machine learning algorithms for road safety predictions, Cristy would take the lead. Cristy is a fantastic data scientist with a strong technical background. She is exceptionally good at handling different types of projects, from building machine learning models, to exploratory data analysis and creating impactful dashboards. Cristy is incredibly collaborative, creative, and a critical thinker.
