J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec Cristina pendant plus de 2 ans chez Livi. Cristina a rapidement su prendre la mesure de son poste dans l'entreprise et mener ses missions à bien, instaurant une belle relation de confiance avec nos partenaires et utilisant ses qualités interpersonnelles pour embarquer ses collègues sur les bons projets au bon moment. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa capacité à aller au delà de son périmètre, mettant notamment en place au sein de notre équipe commerciale une analyse détaillée de notre industrie via des études de marché (quanti) et la définition de targets personae (quali). Analyse qu'elle a su faire suivre d'une stratégie commerciale efficace que nous avons déroulée en équipe.
