Project Portfolio Manager for Built Heritage
-
May 2019 - Jun 2021
My role entailed the portfolio management of investment projects in built heritage fostered by the company, reporting to the Director for Built Heritage. This required a broad knowledge of all projects in order to foresee budget and/or schedule variances, to support prioritization and resource allocation decisions and to enhance a close link between top management and project managers. I developed and monitored the investment portfolio plan, including optimization of planning and control instruments, and I coordinated strategic plans concerning the conservation and rehabilitation of the monuments managed by the company.
