The Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a week-long global fellowship that aims to stimulate emerging change agents through social innovation, community building, sustainability and systems change. “Popping up” around the world, Fellows explore social change making for real world challenges via case-based learning, exposure to thought-leaders from a variety of fields, mentoring, and a service project in collaboration with a local organization. I collaborated with four international Fellows to develop an inclusive refugee resettlement service initiative for SINGA Deutschland in Berlin during the Fellowship’s final design challenge. My team’s initiative won first place and was quickly implemented into SINGA’s program offerings. Show less
