- Assisting the team in the further growth of the Capacity Building Programs Department with the aim to develop a cross-disciplinary training curriculum and support the enhancement of domestic Countering Terrorism (CT) capacity, among other related activities - Developing and Implementing Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) programs at a global scale ( Central Asia, MENA countries, Middle East, Balkans, South-east Asia, South-America, North-America, Europe);- Working with the team in developing strategic relationships and partnerships with stakeholders around the world involved in Counter- terrorism capacity building, and engaging them in the Center’s activities- Supporting activities to increase the Center’s resources, capabilities and reputation in CVE capacity building; - Drafting proposals and forecast budgets and keeping track of deliverables and milestones for each project.- Researching on political radicalization and violent extremism (VE) to increase in-house expertise;- Working on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for CVE- drafting internal frameworks to evaluate the impact on the ground of CVE programs;Areas of expertise and interest:De-radicalization, Social Reintegration and Rehabilitation of Returning Foreign Terrorist Fighters (RFTFs), Home-grown terrorists (HTs) as well as family members to include children and non-prosecutable individuals;-CVE and Education;- CVE and families- how to best support families in detecting early signs of radicalization and constructively react to them;-CVE and Communication- capacity building trainings for NGOS and GOs on the appropriate use of media and communication tools to enhance CVE daily efforts;-Government/Civil Society Dialogue- Community Engagement projects;-Monitoring and Evaluation for CVE
