  Working under the Hess Lab in the College of Veterinary Medicine. Refining standard T-cell stimulation assay protocol through repetition of isolation, quantification, and activation of peripheral blood lymphocytes from canine whole blood samples. Identified potential neoantigen therapeutic targets for canine cancer using NetMHCpan software to compare predicted binding of peptides mutated from cancer and their corresponding sequences from the NCBI reference.
