I worked with Cristina Ghioca in developing one of the most meaningful projects for the future leaders of Vodafone, "Apprenticeship in Management". We did the project together 4 times and Cristina was a perfect partner for continuous innovation and delivering high quality. She inspired us not only to do our best job as partners, but to put our hearts in it also. When I think about Cristina, I think of high standards, creativity and self-improvement drive. She showed a down to earth approach to every project and great organising skills. She can easily gain respect and move people in the same direction, fast! Working with her feels great, you always have something new to learn. Moreover, I don’t know how she has an answer or at least a resource to offer for anything you need. :) She is very autonomous and skilled in Management Development, Training Design and Project Management.
