These include:- Coordinate office management activities for the CEO. Adhere to client service policies and procedures and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Manage and control departmental expenses with continuous cost saving objectives. Establish, maintain and review accurate, comprehensive and accessible manual and electronic filing systems. Arrange and co-ordinate travel arrangements within budget parameters; prepare itineraries, post-trip follow-up including expense report preparation, 24/7 availability for problem-solving during trips and maintain all travel records. Conduct research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by CEO. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups. Adhere to policies and procedures relating to quality management. Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
