  As the face of the company, i was welcoming the customers, offer them drinks/coffees and sweets. I learned how to manage appointments and payments, organize daily breaks for the staff (10/12 dependents)in a very busy environment(up to 100 guests during the weekend) and ordered for them food too. Answer to phone calls, advertised any promotions going on the saloon like fidelity cards or how to sponsored determinate treatments/products. I learned how to cash up at the end of the day, how to deal with invoices and product's orders. As a machine well oiled, i was the one to give the right times for every treatments, so step by step, from the shampoo, till the end, everything had to be in perfect sincro. Show less
