I had the pleasure of studying together with Cristiana at Akita University in Japan, and realized that among all the students from all over the world, there is no one like her. During her study abroad in Akita, I found out that she values friendship and always offered to help her colleagues no matter how busy she was. She helped other international students to feel at ease while studying abroad, and she also tutored Japanese students by helping them to improve their English skills. She is always attentive to people's moods and surprisingly, she empathizes with her friends, even if they all have different cultural backgrounds. This is something that most of the students fail to do, thus they end up hanging out with people from the same region. She also has a sharp attention to details when it comes to proofreading documents, deadlines and spoken words and she never disappointed her friends, nor her teachers. This reflects in both her English and Japanese speech, as she always chooses the right words by seizing the subtlety of a context. At the same time, she shows a great listening attitude, which I feel not many people manage to do. With those above mentioned skills, I am sure she will take proactive initiatives in solving business problems by retaining a firm relationship with the people around. If you believe in a cooperative and integral company culture, Cristiana will be the best player. She receives my respect and strongest recommendation.
