  I was involved in a project designed to look at the Customer Service processes and give advice for process improvement. I was given the data from service calling of some of their machines across the globe. I applied a new Process Mining technique which gave visibility into details about the machines and the help desk. These details were obtained without any prior information about the help desk process, only the data was provided.
