   I ensure permanent liquidity of the bank, optimizing the loan portfolio and reducing the risk generated by the credit activity, improving the structure of sources of financing. I am experienced in marketing treasury products. I respond for offering quotations for domestic and international banks, inter-banking rates, and prices for the bank`s customers. I manage the Foreign Exchange position of the bank, with the goal of maintaining a balanced position free of risk. I have implemented the modern Foreign Exchange instruments in the treasury processes (swaps, options, forward operations). I am an international and domestic inter-banking operator for Foreign Exchange and Money Market I am specialized in cash transactions (ensuring am optimum volume of available cash in order to meet all the daily payments, while maintaining an adequate balance)  I manage the minimum reserve requirement (RMO) at the National Bank of Romania I have elaborated with the treasury team the internal regulations and procedures for the Treasury Department, which we permanently adapt to the latest NBR’s requirements related to monetary or foreign exchange policies, or to the necessities arisen in daily activities I monitor and control the level of performance indicators regarding the assets and liabilities of the bank.
