I am the Chief Information Officer of NHOA (formerly Engie EPS), one of the top global players in energy storage and eMobility. In April 2021 TCC, one of the leading industrial Taiwanese groups active in the battery manufacturing, announced the acquisition of the majority stake in ENGIE EPS for an Enterprise Value of 240 million euros: NHOA was born. In NHOA, I'm in charge of global IT strategy and lead IT department which is a team of 11 people, respectively in charge of IT security, infrastructure, first and second level of help desk, asset management, identity management and back office. Starting from october 2021, I Lead the Cyber Security structure in partnership with Swascan which is among the 20 best World Cyber Security companies. A dedicated Cyber Security Office was born in 2023 and the partnership with Swascan was consolidated. NHOA has a unique team (over 450 people from 36 nationalities, 50% engineers, 34% woman, 10% PHDs/MBAs), the company has filed more than 130 patents in 28 Countries worldwide and over 1,200 industrial secrets, this is why the Cyber Security is a priority in NHOA. In this period, I was responsible for the proper definition, implementation and management of the global IT infrastructure and communication services that support the company and more generally EPS’s digital transformation which had more than 130 employees (18 Nationalities) in 3 different sites in northern Italy.In charge of IT infrastructure, I was in charge of defining and executing the IT infrastructure strategy for the company, in particular for key transversal components such as the global network, communication and collaboration services, identity and access management and mobility.Working under the direction of the CISO I had the overall responsibility of cybersecurity and information security. This includes high-level architecture, defining IT infrastructure standards, experimenting with new technology, relationship with strategic suppliers, managing major global IT infrastructure program/projects.I was in charge of a team of 3 people, respectively in charge of Help Desk, infrastructure and Product Cybersecurity.In my role I was also manage several major transversal IT infrastructure-related program and projects, including support to mergers and acquisitions.Finally, from a technological point of view, responsible and supporter of the FamilyWorking project - www.familyworking.it - A revolutionary way of remote working that puts family at its centre, by combining family balance and work: if home is the new office, tools must be adequate. In this period, I was in charge of Corporate Cybersecurity and network infrastructure of EPS Business Entity, which had a user base of approx. 110 employees (14 Nationalities) in 3 different sites and had up to 20 m€ revenues in 2019.Since January 2018, I have headed a team of 2 people, respectively in charge of Help Desk and Product Cybersecurity.In addition to my operational role focused on the team managing and networking, I have led some ICT project, as migration of the ERP Gamma Enterprise to SAP and migration of some old standalone platforms, to the new web-based services with a strong focus on the networking and virtual machines.In April 2018 I obtained the certification MTCRE (MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer).
