  My current focus is to successfully manage a team of Clinical Allergy Specialist and a lab service organization(s) by offering specialized allergy related diagnosis and management tools. I interface directly with the physicians and office management staff; offer medications that are custom-designed antigen therapies that help people become desensitized to many of the pollens and molds that cause illness. Key responsibilities include: Managing, implementing, and meeting strategic goals and objectives of the company pertaining to assigned clinic productivity and revenue, interviewing new CAT and CAS positions within the assigned clinic(s), interfacing with the Training Specialist and Field Trainers to ensure proper training activities are completed and documented for all assigned employees, maintaining healthy professional relationships with subordinates, co-workers, and providers and looks for ways to support other members of the team, principally responsible for the maintenance and security of inventory levels, and ensure inventory is ordered and received as required by policy.
