Review Engineering Plans, detailed estimates, Bill of quantities and cost estimates. Prepare Gantt Chart and PERT-CPM Supervise the implementation of the project. Make sure that the implementation of the project is based on the specification in the plan. Check the quality and quantity of materials on site. Report weekly physical accomplishment of the project. Reviews and checks the completeness of Bid documents. Studies the Bid documents; check discrepancies between the specifications, drawings and BOQ. Prepares quantity take-off as per drawings and project specifications and do quantity comparison between BOQ and quantity take off derived. Analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved to launch such a project Handover all documents, bid documentation (electronic copy and hard copy) and consideration to the Project Site to QS during project commencement. Coordinates with project site regarding bid consideration during project execution. Performs other roles and tasks as required
