Discontinued IV as ordered by the doctor. Assisted on removal of Peak Line. Collected specimen as ordered by the physician and sent it to the laboratory. Ensure that Heart monitor is working. Change battery and electrodes if needed. Assist patient on ADL. Observe how to use Electronic Medical Record. Educate patient and family regarding their illness as well as with the discharge plan summary. Gather supplies needed for the patient care. Show less
