Crenguta to me is a great example of leadership! She is an excellent professional, who masters the way things need to be done for achieving performance and has the skills to empower people around her to do the same. On top of this, she is the kind of leader I wish everyone would get a chance to meet, because, during my experience at Invibes, I was amazed how she manages (seems to me) effortless to balance the best interest of the business with her people's needs. Although being one of the busiest people in the office, she would always make time for a friendly chat and for acknowledging the merits of her colleagues.
