Leading the formal establishment and development of Smartbridge's Microsoft Power Platform practice. Responsible for all aspects of Smartbridge-Power Platform technical delivery: discovery, solutioning, proposal, development, and maintenance. Leadership: I contribute to current and potential projects with opportunities, methods, and functions of the Power Platform that wouldn't be considered otherwise. This is done in an internal-team context, and externally with our clients. I also lead our internal education and sales enablement initiatives: in specific I've mentored a team member through getting his PL-900 certification and led a lunch-and-learn for the company on Power Platform fundamentals. Ownership: When it comes to our Power Platform clients, the buck stops with me. I'm expected to build whatever is needed by our clients, when it's needed, and maintain it moving forward. I keep up with the product and make/recommend improvements as they roll out. Impact: Smartbridge recently earned a new partner designation from Microsoft as a direct result of certifications I've earned.
