I have known Craig from when he was GM at DTM and DTM became a client of Houston. The relationship with Craig was flipped when Houston was looking for an independent chair to join its advisory board. In this role, not only did Craig help to bring a much higher level of governance to the business, he also helped the management team to improve most aspects of their work. In everything that Crag has done for Houston, he has approached it with a truly exceptional level of skill, integrity, professionalism and respect. This was an exciting period as the wheel product cycle matured, and we widened market demand, expanded the range and grew exponentially from very humble beginnings.
