As an important part of our dev team, Craig is a quick learner and has a great attitude to getting the work done. At the time of him joining last year, we were at our peak time with projects, and so he was put straight into the deep end learning our Magento eCommerce platform with minimal training, and quickly got to grips with it. Over the past year he's got involved with many of our projects, and is often one of the most productive in our dev team (according to our SCRUM stats). He continues to put in the time outside of work to learn new skills, and the advancement in the quality of our client sites reflect that.
