Craig and I have worked together on two projects over two organisation over the last 6 years. Initially, I came across Access Pay in their early days when we were in particular bind and with enforced changes with our current supplier. Having gone through the procurement process Access Pay came out on top and despite our initial nervousness of moving supplier for our DD processes - Craig ensured we were looked after by the team and we worked collaboratively on setting us up on Access Pay. Despite having not previously plugged into the CRM we were using the tech team with Craig's account management really provided great support with us and really responsive customer support - something we had not been use to in the fintech world. The product itself worked as described and was such a huge improvement for us. The pricing structure and Craig's communications were always fully transparent and he really helped us get a win-win deal for Access Pay and our organisation. I had no hesitation in recommending them as a supplier in my next organisation and with Craig's support were also able to transfer all our Direct Debit processing to Access Pay. Craig is really knowledgeable, responsive and really feels like he's on your side as a client to support getting what you need.
