  While at Jobfind Centre, I began as a Job Search Trainer training a group of 8-25 participants from as basic as remembering to set an alarm for work in the morning to assisting someone write a selection criteria. I then worked through to Employment Consultant where I would manage a caseload of 120-130 participants and work one on one with them to assist them in to gain meaningful employment. Moving into the Post Placement Support role I was responsible for contacting both candidate and client on a weekly base to ensure all was well in the first six months of employment. My final role in Jobfind was a Recruitment Consultant where my role was to build relationships with clients, both new and existing, gaining open positions, screening prospective candidates and referring them through for interviews. Achievements Exceeded financial targets year on year as much as 320% in 2010-2011. Number 1 office in Australia & consultant of the month on numerous occasions. Cold business development: Built and maintained strong relationships with major businesses with no previous history of partnering with Jobfind Australia.
