I had the privaledge of taking over the running of Guernsey Airport from Craig. Craig had set up an efficient operation for SSP at Guernsey where we didn't have the benefit of accessing products sourced centrally by SSP from our suppliers on the UK mainland but locally from within the Islands boundaries while maintaining a healthy P&L for the business units in Guernsey. Craig also had to set-up a team in Guernsey via recruitment from Eastern Europe and mainland UK who all had to relocate to Guernsey. I had the pleasure of leading this team after Craig was promoted to a role back in the UK who were all a credit to Craig's leadership. Craig continued to support my time in Guernsey and was always available when I needed his advice.

Craig is a very strong operator with a track record of great results - people development, customer service and financials. He has strived to achieve his given targets and help improve processes
