I have had the pleasure of working with Craig over the past 12 years for the 2 most formidable Hospitality groups in South Africa - Tsogo Sun and Sun International. My journey with Craig began at Suncoast Casino where he lead a fast paced, highly diverse group of people into a profit making machine from the day to day running of Food and Beverage operations to large scale events such as British Lions Tour in 2009 and 2010 World Cup Soccer - Fan Park. Craig was then promoted to F&B Manager - Casinos, his ability to build and grow relationship with internal and external stakeholders got him snatched away by the Sun International as F&B Executive. Craig has a phenomenal ability to grow and develop the people that he surrounds himself with has made him an exceptional leader to his teams.
