Craig is a consummate professional, and a ton of fun to work with. He is exceptionally smart, and it's impressive to see him utilize the skills of both an individual contributor to a sales organization, at the same time as using the skills usually found with executive leadership. That combination makes him extremely valuable to both his clients and partners. We've developed clear goals in our collaboration, and hold each other accountable in the execution. He's the archetypal partner you'd want to have with you in the battlefield, and a great guy as well. One note - you'll have to pretend to like soccer enough to allow him to talk about it. ;)

Living in Los Gatos, I have always tried to coach at least one team in the club. This has developed, and manipulated over the years, from helping grow the Pre-7s age group, and competitive teams, to recreation and other areas of the organization. I have helped advise incoming Dir. and Executive Dir. I am very passionate about the growth of the club and I’m currently the Head coach of the 2016 Girls program. One of my roles while I was at US Soccer Coaching was to help grow and develop FYSC, which was called Misson Valley United at the time. A team of us came into the club and developed the platform. Stabilizing the recreation program, developing Pre-7s, Tournaments, Camps, Sponsorship, merchandise, competative structure and growth of the office staff. My inital role at the club was DOC of the 9v9 age group and Camp dir. this then developed to DOC of the club in partnership with the Ex-Doc… Show more One of my roles while I was at US Soccer Coaching was to help grow and develop FYSC, which was called Misson Valley United at the time. My inital role at the club was DOC of the 9v9 age group and Camp dir. this then developed to DOC of the club in partnership with the Ex-Doc. Over the years, we grew the program to around 350 competitive players, and over 300 recreation players. Our tournaments grew to 3 a year (Halloween, Fall, and Winter Classic), with a max number of teams per tournament caped at 100. Camps grew in the area to 100 players a week. Are biggest issue with the growth of the club was the lack of Fields, and partnerships with local clubs. We were trying to partner with other local teams to develop a mixed format rec program and a tiered system for the competitive players, due to the demographic in the area. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen which eventually made our growth cap out. The club is now overseen by one of the other Dir I started with back in 2015. Starting my day making 100+ cold call, I eventually built a multi-million dollar book of business. I then developed an Annual Business Plan focused on growth strategies for my customers. I remained closely engaged with my manufacture counterparts in region and successfully pitched, sold and managed many successful Advanced Technology Service engagements. A key component to my success was also establishing key vendor and partner relationships like Palo Alto Networks, EMC, Cisco, HPE… Show more Starting my day making 100+ cold call, I eventually built a multi-million dollar book of business.
