  Managed the construction of a Blue Chip (BUPA) 64 bed Dementia care home in Fleet, Hampshire. Greswolde construction took over the management (cost + contract). This was following Redworth Construction falling into the hands of the recievers. Then moved onto a second care home for Greswolde Construction (traditional contract) in Ashford, Kent again for BUPA 72 Bed care home.

  Constructed a 72 bed plus Council Day Center on a Traditional contract for the client BUPA in Southampton, Hampshire. This was a four storey steel/traditional construction. It was auger piled with basement tanking due to it's hill location with very limited space on site. Due to the great satisfaction of the client for this home I continued to work on the next BUPA contract, This was a 64 Bed Dementia home again with BUPA in Church Crookham, Hampshire.
