  I worked for Queensland Health as a Senior Business Analyst on the new Gold Coast University Hospital project.I worked very closely with clinical staff and management to formulate and document business requirements in preparation for their move from Gold Coast Hospital to the new Gold Coast University Hospital. Through this process strong relationships were established with clinical units.I was responsible for modelling business processes and assisting the clinical units in problem solving existing issues and identifying improvements that can be made to those processes on the move to GCUH.I worked extensively with following business units at the Gold Coast Hospital prior, during and post their moves to the new Gold Coast University Hospital; Medical Imaging; Newborn Care Unit; Obstetrics; Child Protection; Mental Health; Renal; and Rehabilitation Therapy. My role during the move period was to troubleshoot and resolve issues services were experiencing during the move.
