The honor of working with a co-worker like Craig Moffitt is not one that you will find at any company. The value in his skills, discipline, and knowledge that you will gain can as an employee can only be rivaled by his charisma and creativity. I feel that other than our supervisor, I am the best reference outside of the engineering department as Lead Artist. We were tasked to create a prototype together. At first, I was skeptical that we would communicate well because I have had little success in the past collaborating with stubborn engineers. Another reason was because sometimes artists lack engineering terminology. My experience with Craig was the exact opposite. He walked me through every step of his process and the art he needed me to create for our prototype. If I didn't understand at any point, he would find another way to communicate so we were always on the same page. Alleviating a person's fears and being able work at the same level as them, whether higher or lower in comprehension, is a most priceless attribute to have and a true sign of leadership. Finding an engineer of Craig’s caliber might take a long time. He is able to analyze, act, and resolve issues with great problem solving abilities.
