The company started with 3 sales staff in WA in 2015 and with the director and developing leaders, have overseen that grow to a team of 35+ in WA (Sales, Operations, Administration, Systems, Design, Safety) and the total number of staff in WA and SA (Sales, Operations, Administration) grow to 45+ to date, 2022, across 3 sites. We have expanded into SA and now also partner with 2 major racking company's to provide multiple new product options along with our core 2nd hand product solutions. During this time we have more than tripled sales revenue, opened the interstate office and increased the capacity and the number of our yards to accommodate stock holdings. We have also increased our capability to deliver solutions to our clients with the implementation of a quality standards system for operations, safety, training and sales as well as design. With such sharp growth, my focus is on our greatest asset, our people! Developing them as effective and compassionate leaders, their communication and interpersonal skills, ensures our people will drive continued growth for the business and our clients.
