Craig is a resourceful and committed individual. He completed all his CIPD assessments to a high standard. His work demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the learning materials (theory) and practical implications of this in the workplace. Craig analysed and reflected upon his learning in a very detailed manner. He is a pragmatic individual who looks for meaning and application in all his learning. He was initially studying the Certificate level and self-funded to complete the additional two modules for the Diploma. This is just one example of his commitment and drive to his continual professional development. He produced detailed reports on the subject matter explored through the various units such as: L&D and the organisation, Identifying L&D Needs, Designing Learning Solutions, Evaluating Learning, Enhancing Learner Engagement and Coaching to name a few. Craig collaborated with ease and built excellent relationships with his peers. He worked in a team to design, deliver and evaluate a training session with 2 other colleagues on the programme. Not only did he deliver an excellent L&D training session, he was also very receptive to observational feedback and potential development. Reflecting on this he was able to evaluate the ROE (Return on Expectation) of the session accurately. Throughout the learning process Craig sought relevance in the theory and linkage to his own job role. Craig is a personable and friendly member of the group who is able to relate to all group members. Working collaboratively with new people, he produced excellent results. He was fantastic to work with and would be an asset to any team and organisation.
